The Sideline Hecklers are ready for College Football’s Championship Saturday with our Predictions for all 8 title games being played today.
In full transparency, there were actually 2 title games played Friday night (#5 Oregon/#3 Washington in the PAC 12 and New Mexico State/Liberty in the Conference USA) that #SoonerChris, #RandomRandy and #LowedownDon picked as well, and we’ll be completely honest with how we fared. (Seriously, we made our official ‘picks’ before those games were played.)
HECKLERS IN CHAMPIONSHIP FORM
It’s our last full week of Predictions and we are clearly in championship form after a strong Week #13 that culminated with #RandomRandy and #LowedownDon finishing 9-2, while #SoonerChris was solid as well with an 8-3 ledger.
The overall standings couldn’t be much tighter as #RandomRandy and #LowedownDon are an impressive 93-48, while #SoonerChris isn’t far off the pace at 89-52.
Our favorite teams (Arkansas Razorbacks and Oklahoma Sooners) aren’t playing this weekend, but there’s still plenty of pigskin action and here’s our full slate of Week #14 games…

HECKLERS STRATEGY
We only see things the same way on 4 of our 11 total games this week as #SoonerChris, #RandomRandy and #LowedownDon are all in while trying to win their Predictions contest and enjoy bragging rights until the 2024 season commences in 8 months. We agree completely that Michigan, SMU and UNLV will win their championships. (We started this week on a good note while successfully picking ‘our’ Dallas Cowboys to knock off the Seattle Seahawks this past Thursday night.)
As for where we are going our separate ways, #SoonerChris had to take some chances to come-from-behind and win our Predictions contest. He’s off to a good start with his pick of Washington. And, he’ll be hoping Alabama, Louisville and Miami, OH help him out in a big way today.
Having a little bit of wiggle room and deciding to play it safe for the most part, #RandomRandy missed out on his only real ‘take a chance’ moment when in INCORRECTLY pegged New Mexico State to defeat Liberty.
Also not willing to take many chances at all, #LowedownDon is taking Oklahoma State and Troy as his ‘surprise’ winners, while hoping to take the Sideline Hecklers 2023 Predictions Contest Trophy.
