Here we go again. It’s time for another weekend filled with wall-to-wall College Football and Dallas Cowboys action on gridirons all across this country and your Sideline Hecklers are ready to Heckle, Heckle, Heckle and then Heckle some more with Week #12 already upon us.
While #SoonerChris, #RandomRandy and #LowedownDon will be interested in what transpires for our favorite teams (Arkansas Razorbacks and #14 Oklahoma Sooners) as they take on Florida International University (FIU) and BYU, respectively, there are four ranked-versus-ranked matchups (#1 Georgia Bulldogs at #18 Tennessee Volunteers; #5 Washington Huskies at #11 Oregon State Beavers; #22 Utah Utes at #17 Arizona Wildcats; and #21 Kansas State Wildcats at #25 Kansas Jayhawks) that we’ll be watching closely today as well.
RAZORBACKS PLAY FOR PRIDE; SOONERS CLING TO CHAMPIONSHIP HOPES
Admittedly, it has been nothing short of a disastrous season for Arkansas. Nonetheless, #RandomRandy and #LowedownDon are hoping ‘their’ Hogs shine bright under the lights at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium tonight. As for #SoonerChris, he’s hoping ‘his’ Sooners keep their hopes of reaching the Big 12 Championship Game alive with a league win over host BYU early this afternoon.
So, the Hecklers are ready to unveil our Week #12 picks. First, though, here’s our weekly update on where the Hecklers currently stand with our friendly Predictions contest through 11 weeks of sharing our know-it-all knowledge.
#LOWEDOWNDON’S LEAD CONTINUES TO SHRINK
Our combined efforts produced a record of 23-10, which isn’t necessarily up to the high standard of expertise Heckler Nation expects from us. Regardless, we really do know what we’re Heckling about. Individually, #SoonerChris continues to surge as he shined with a 9-2 slate last weekend, while #RandomRandy and #LowedownDon both finished 7-4.
In the overall standings, #LowedownDon continues to lead the way at 79-40. However, #SoonerChris is right behind and closing fast at 77-42, with #RandomRandy not far off the pace at all (75-44).
