Wishing former Arkansas Razorbacks men’s basketball head coach Nolan Richardson the Happiest of Happy Birthdays today.
Coach Richardson is 81 years young today and so deserving to be celebrated with a hearty Woo Pig Sooie!!!
Still hard to believe it’s been 28 years since Coach Richardson guided our Razorbacks hoops squad to the 1994 National Championship and gave us all reason to swell with such tremendous pride.
‘Rollin’ with Nolan’ at Arkansas from the mid 1980s to the early 2000s produced spectacular results with three Final Fours, back-to-back National Championship game appearances and one magical run to a title.
Seems as though current Hogs hoops head coach Eric Musselman has this program on track to once again achieve a similar high standard of successes in the present-day with a bright future for sure.
But, on this day we celebrate Coach Richardson, as we wish him the best birthday ever and say THANK YOU for all you did during your days as our basketball ‘Boss Hog.’
